About Us
Owner Tom Blaine
Tom moved to Ventura County in 1985 to escape the weather in Minnesota. He started in the fencing industry shortly thereafter managing a large fence company, before deciding to strike out on his own. He enjoys providing individualized service and getting to know his customers. Tom prides himself on being an honest, hardworking family man who spends his free time with his wife, three children and three grandchildren.
Scott Blaine, Contractor
As Tom's son, Scott has been called upon since he was a teenager to help with the family business. After graduating from California Lutheran University, he decided to work with his father full time, and has been doing so since 2002. He's passionate about woodworking and in his free time builds furniture. He also enjoys playing tennis in a local league.
Small business advantage
There are several reasons Tom opted to set up his own company. He enjoys providing his customers with personalized service and being a part of the Ventura County community. As a small business, it's nice to have one-on-one contact with customers, who enjoy low prices as a result of the business' low overhead costs.
